The Candidate:

• Can be either an experienced Teacher or NQT
• Be an outstanding classroom practitioner or have the potential to become outstanding
• Be inspirational with high expectations of students
• Be able to teach across Key Stage 3 and 4, with a desire to be able to cover Key stage 5 occasionally however this is not a requirement.
